The Background

TADAust Connect was developed by Technical Aid to the Disabled (ACT) (TADACT) in conjunction with the Managing Directors of ispONE and the Chief Minister of ACT. Over the past 5 years, ONE has been working in the background to support TADAust Connect in providing quality services to its customers. The company grew at an outstanding rate and in October 2009 it became apparent that it would be more beneficial for the customers to bring TADAust Connect within the ONE brand and under the management of the ONE Company. Over the past couple of months we have been finalising the transition and re-brand from TADAust Connect to ONEseniors. With wider resources and experience within telecommunications, ONE are able to provide a more dedicated service with a wider range of products.

The network and access to all services have remained on the ispONE network (www.ispone.com.au). ispONE is a wholesale telecommunications provider who supply services to over 150 internet service provider's across the country. ispONE was founded 7 years ago and was the first company within the ONE corporation. Dedication to continued improvement has been the key to ispONE's success and ONEseniors will benefit from this company wide mentality. All customers will also benefit from the recent network improvements that will enable us to provide an even better level of service to all of our customers.

ONEseniors will continue to operate as a separate entity under the ONE umbrella, this will allow us to continue to offer targeted solutions for the over 55's.
