There are 3 broadband plans you can choose; FAST, FASTER and FASTEST
Just choose your desired plan and when taken with the affordable home plan you only pay for the advertised monthly fee. If you do not take a Home Phone plan with your Broadband service an additional $5 monthly fee is added to your chosen broadband plan.

What is Broadband?
Broadband is a common term used to describe ADSL high speed internet access services. ADSL delivers a high speed Internet connection into your home over your existing phone line and requires an ADSL modem to get you online. It is perfect for browsing the internet, using e-mail and instant messaging, and is also suitable if you want to watch movies, use Skype or download music. You can also use the internet and be on your landline phone at the same time.

Important Information
Broadband services are shown in three (3) types where FAST is a maximum 256kbps download and maximum 64kbps upload service, FASTER is a maximum 1.5Mbps download and maximum 256kbps upload service and FASTEST is a maximum 20Mbps download and maximum 384kbps upload service.
Usage
All ONEseniors plans have unlimited data usage. This means you can browse and download as much as you like, whether you want to watch Internet videos, check things out on youtube, abc iview, catch up TV etc. You also have unlimited use of Skype and Skype Video calling along with Online Gaming for PS3 XBOX and popular games like World of Warcraft. The plans do not permit Peer2Peer download sites (usually unofficial or illegal sites) and VPN. With our plans - you get the plan you pay for, for the whole month - no matter how often people in your household are downloading!
Connection Fees and Hardware
All ONEseniors Broadband plans are on a 24 month term and an additional $5 monthly fee is added to the broadband plan if you do not switch your home phone to us. You can view the ONEseniors Home phone plans here.
All new broadband connection fees are charged at $90 which includes activation of your broadband service and a new ADSL NB6 Modem, recommended retail price $189
All ADSL services transferred from another network connection will be charged a $90 connection fee, we will supply a new Netcomm NB6 modem free of charge.
You can upgrade to a wireless modem (NB6W +4W) for just $50 and Get more out of your Broadband and access the Internet virtually anywhere around the house, even from the garden or shed. Perfect if you have multiple computers or a laptop
Your modem will be pre configured, this means that when your modem is received you only need to plug into your computer and turn it on.
One ADSL splitter is required for each phone socket where a phone device (e.g. phone handset, Foxtel box, fax machine) is plugged into the wall and operating simultaneously with your ADSL connection. The splitters enable you to use your devices without interrupting your internet connection. Filters can be purchased at $13 each.
Postage and Shipping
There is a standard postage, shipping fee of $16.50 per order.

Making changes to your contract
Cancellation charges apply if the contract is cancelled before the contract end date. Charges are calculated by a pro rata of the remaining months (broadband only fee) x 50%.
The pricing plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any time for a one off fee of $25.
An ADSL service is provisioned at your selected address, to transfer a service to another address the contract will need to be cancelled and set up again at the new address. A reconnection fee of $90 will apply and the contract will begin again at the new address. All cancellation fees will be waived once the service is activated at the new address.
