How to activate your Mobile service...
Please choose which type of mobile service you are activating
If you received a postpaid SIM card from us, your letter will show your mobile service number and a 4 digit access password.
Enter these details in the next screen (we'll take you through to our secure activation system).
If you have requested a new number from us, your service should be ready to use within 30 minutes or so.
If you are transferring your number to ONEseniors, remember this can take up to 48 hours, or it may happen within the next few hours.
If you received a Prepaid SIM card from us, your letter will show an activation key. (This will be 6 characters and may be a mixture of letters and numbers).
Enter your activation key in the next screen (we'll take you through to our secure activation system) and then follow the prompts, don't forget to choose 'new number' or 'transfer number' from the drop down box.
You can bring transfer your number to ONEseniors from your current provider, however we can't transfer your number from a ONEseniors postpaid to a prepaid service.
