General:
Payment for services is pro rata in advance billing and monthly invoices are 14 days payable. All prices include GST. These terms and conditions are in addition to and form part of our general terms of service contract which can be view under the Product Terms of Service.
All applications for the service are subject to an ONEseniors credit assessment and acceptance. ONEseniors supplies these services to you on the terms of our standard form of agreement. The Agreement is made up of your application, the General Terms and Conditions and the Product Terms of Service, standard pricing tables and any relevant appendices and contains full details of the services and the terms and conditions of supply of each service including charging, billing, terms and cancellation. Copies of all the documents that make up your Agreement (excluding your application) are available on the ONEseniors website at http://www.oneseniors.com.au/about/termsPhone.html
